Howe Library group study rooms
The Multimedia Recording Studio has everything you need to easily make high-quality audio and video recordings.
You will need to see staff at the Multimedia Resources & Services desk to get access to the Recording studio. We are located on the first floor of the Howe library in the atrium. The Media Record Studio is designated space for recording and photography projects and is not a group study space.
You can consult with us on equipment you might need for your project and the configuration of the space by emailing: media@uvm.edu.
- The studio is available for all students, faculty, and staff.
- Record audio or video interviews using high-quality equipment (consider: voiceovers, narrations, podcasts, interviews, photography, and video staging).
- Achieve different configurations with drop cloths, green screens, and light kits.
- Record isolated audio tracks in a sound-proof environment.
- Take photographs in a controlled environment, with lighting and equipment support.
